My client a large telecom provider of both fixed communications is looking for a senior business systems manager for an exciting project. The ideal candidate will have a strong business management background in telecoms comprising of Billing, CRM systems, databases, OSS/BSS management, across a wide variety of communication mediums, I.e. fixed, mobile, etc. The role will be leading a team of 20 comprising the billing team, and will be in charge of Oracle DBA;s, application support, desktop management and Admin.

PMI/Prince2/PMP Knowledge
Change Management
Experience of leading large teams in different functions
English Speaking, Dutch would be an advantage
Strong Telecom Knowledge - IP, Fixed, Broadband
UNIX and Windows Service Management Experience
