My Client, a prestigious Consumer Banking group, has an opportunity for a Assistant Manager in implementing Customer Strategy to be based in London
You will be developing strategy to drive and deliver competitive advantage to the Group: harnessing the commercial potential of their extensive consumer & customer data set, and driving the voice of the customer into all key decision-making forums
You will be responsible for customer research, analytics and customer relationship strategy; influencing all areas of the business incliuding strategy, customer experience & marketing.
To exceed in this role you will have a competent strategy capability and strong analytical skills (quant and qual). You will also need to demonstrates ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, from Internal to External Stakeholders.• A degree (or equivalent) Economics, Science, Maths, Engineering, Business Management and professional qualification highly desirable
