I have just started working with a top financial institution on a very desirable role based in Bristol.

Position
Insight Analyst
Job Purpose
Control and direct the optimisation, reporting and analysis of Direct Marketing selections against customer marketing databases.
Essential Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills needed
A good degree in a numerate/ scientific subject such as Maths, Stats, Business Studies or Marketing
3-4 years demonstrable database marketing achievement to date
Mental dexterity and the ability to solve complex problems within tight time scales
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
Initiative, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to creative analysis
Proven experience of appropriate IT tools, ideally including SQL, MS Excel / Access and Campaign Management tools such as Affinium, TRM or similar
Very familiar with various databases
Possess excellent communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Able to use information effectively
Able to plan, control and provide innovative solutions to problems
Self motivated and a team player
Adaptable to changes
Note: You must be eligible to work in the UK for the next 12 months minimum.
