I have a new opportunity for a Risk Assistant Manager with my Client, a Consumer banking group. The role is Permanent, and can be based in either London’s West End, or Halifax, and is situated within the Personal Current Accounts (PCA) Group
Essentially the role will involve providing leadership and expertise in risk management and internal controls, ensuring a clearly articulated risk control framework is in place, and supporting the Product teams and Group Marketing with the approval of Financial Promotions
You will adapt to and identify changes in PCA Risk approvals systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvement. Also you will ensure compliance, work closely with stakeholders within the PCA teams & Group Marketing to ensure SLA's are maintained
They are searching for someone ideally with experience in providing first line compliance approval for branded Financial Promotions and some knowledge of Data Protection Act Compliance and the Code of Advertising Standard requirements. A clear ability to clearly communicate ideas and proposals is also key
