The IT Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the information and communication services according to the service level requirements for effective and efficient business performance of the company. The IT Manager is therefore responsible for advising, developing and implementing the IT and information systems strategy and policy and for implementing the IT network architecture, information systems architecture and organisation accordingly. The IT Manager manages the MIS Department and third party involvement for implementing, maintaining and running the IT network and information systems infrastructure and for support of the users in order to continuously provide optimal information and communication services to the business.
