My Client, a Financial Services leader based in the South West, is looking for a Outbound Telephony Manager to join the team immediately
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results driven individual to join their Acquisition team within Credit Cards. The successful applicant will be responsible for the strategy design and implementation for outbound telephony acquisition campaigns.
Key responsibility will be to plan, develop and delivery outbound telephony strategy in line with the retail strategy and annual acquisition plan; recruiting new card customers within budget ensuring sales and profitability targets are met. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys using initiative and seeing results
You will be a pro-active, with a strong sense of commercial awareness and a great understanding of communications. Experience in a variety of Industries will be considered. Ideally, with a background in Marketing, PM, and/or campaign management. Familiarity with test and learn methodology, profitability analysis, propensity models and data quality is also desirable
