We are looking an experimented auditor for a leading client in banking sector
MISSION:
-Perform audits covering the entire Group in France
-Lead audits from planning to reporting
-Work on audits jointly performed with Group Internal Audit
-Work on audits in different capacities, including leading audits from planning to reporting
-Develop effective audit programs to assess the design and operating effectiveness of the control framework, executing fieldwork in an efficient and effective manner, discussing findings with senior management as well as delivering clear messages and writing thorough audit issues and reports
-Supervise and develop staff auditors by providing leadership, on the job training and leveraging skills
-Participate in the continuous / anticipatory auditing processes to identify changing or emerging risks in the areas of responsibility and keep up to date on all key business developments (internal and external)
-Participate in annual macro and micro risk assessments and planning for the group
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
-Planning, executing and reporting the results of business audits
-Analysing and assessing the risks assumed by the business
-Identifying and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of controls designed to address those risks
-Performing data analysis to support risk assessment and control evaluation
-Providing practical and value-adding solutions to issues identified
-Preparing reports of findings for UBS senior management
PROFIL
Master degree or international equivalent
Minimum 5 years audit experience in the financial services industry
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of financial products and the asset management business and Investment Bank
Audit background, including evidence of career growth and the ability to lead audits of key risk areas
Knowledge of french regulations (BDF and AMF) and Banking regulations as well as KYC/AML/MIFID
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel both within GIA and the business units
