The Eurostaff groups high profile client is looking for a Turbine Loads Manager to work in mainland Europe.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Your primary responsibility is to manage and develop the Loads Product Development
•Deliver according to deadlines
•Support engineers with own technical competence
•Prioritisation of tasks
•Manage budget and resources
•Develop and execute department strategy
•Develop the competence profile within the department
•Drive process optimisation within the technical area
Qualifications and Work Experience
You have:
•An M.Sc.
•5+ years experience in Wind engineering, Aerospace, Structural engineering, Civil engineering or similar
•Knowledge of aero-elastic codes such as: Flex5, Bladed, Hawc
•Management experience and excellent people skills
•Ability to navigate in a global and dynamic environment
•Customer focus and you are business minded
•English language skills on negotiation level
