This is a telesales role which involves plenty of cold calling to businesses across Europe. Our consultants win business by introducing our services to decision makers and building lasting relationships.
In order to realise the potential of all our employees we believe that it is absolutely vital that all our Sales staff receive training in all areas of the recruitment cycle. This will be provided to you by at least one dedicated manager who has excelled in recruitment sales; you will be mentored and trained to the highest standard. We want our Trainees of today to become Team Leaders within 2-3 years and from that point running their own profit centre. Despite uncertain times we believe that we can buck the market and achieve our aim of being one of the Top 30 International Recruitment firms.

Salary
£40,000 OTE, realistic in the first year.
